# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You get that perfect toasted marshmallow without smoke in your eyes or waiting for coals to heat.
  • It takes less than ten minutes from craving to first bite, which is dangerous when you have a sweet tooth.
  • The air fryer gives you control over exactly how golden and puffy you want those marshmallows.
  • Cleanup is just a sheet of parchment paper, no sticky grates or charred sticks involved.
02 -
  • Do not walk away during the air frying, marshmallows can go from perfectly golden to charred in thirty seconds.
  • Use parchment paper and not aluminum foil, the marshmallows sometimes stick to foil and you will lose half your dessert trying to peel them off.
  • If your air fryer runs hot, start checking at two and a half minutes because every model behaves a little differently.
03 -
  • Lightly spray the parchment paper with cooking spray if your marshmallows tend to stick, it makes cleanup even easier.
  • Press down gently when adding the top graham cracker, too much pressure squeezes out all the melted chocolate and marshmallow.
  • If you want extra toasted flavor, use a kitchen torch for a few seconds on the marshmallow after air frying, it adds that campfire char without any bitterness.
